Gold and silver prices today, Wednesday, April 22: Prices open at their lowest levels in a week

Gold June futures opened at $4,738.70 per troy ounce on Wednesday, up 0.4% from Tuesday’s closing price of $4,719.60. Silver May futures opened at $76.84 per ounce on Wednesday, 0.5% higher than Tuesday’s closing price of $76.49.
