TPG RE Finance Trust, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend on Common Stock

NEW YORK, June 12, 2026–TPG RE Finance Trust, Inc. (NYSE: TRTX) (“TRTX” or the “Company”) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.24 per share of common stock for the second quarter of 2026. The dividend will be payable on July 24, 2026 to common stockholders of record as of June 26, 2026.
