Michigan’s Bryce Underwood took plenty of heat for his performance in Week 1, but it was Oklahoma’s John Mateer who made the crucial mistake in Saturday’s showdown between the Wolverines and No. 11 Sooners.

Mateer’s fourth-quarter interception, thrown directly into the arms of Michigan cornerback Jyaire Hill, broke a deadlock between two offenses that struggled to score and helped the Wolverines (2-0) secure a 17-10 victory in front of a large contingent of Sooners (1-1) fans at Michigan Stadium.
